What are the hottest hair style trends for 2016? Braids, soft waves, beachy hair styles, and the ever popular ponytail are all among the favorite looks on the fashion runways.

TEXTURIZED PONYTAIL
Ponytails are a favorite look among designers again this year, from sleek polished ponytails to loose messy ponytails gathered at the nape of the neck, and then secured with a section of the model’s hair instead of the typical band. Braided ponytails have also been spotted on the catwalks this year. With Perfect Texture, you can create a variation on the indispensable ponytail, with piecey texture.
HOW TO GET THIS LOOK
1. Style hair into a ponytail and apply Perfect Texture to the ponytail section.
2. Create a 3 strand braid in the ponytail and secure ends with an elastic.
3. Power-dry the braid, and then allow hair to set and dry.
4. Take out the braid, and use fingers to tousle the ponytail until desire texture is achieved. Finish with Infinium 3.
BEACH WAVES
Luxe, loose waves give the impression of surf swept hair. This is a popular trend within the fashion circles, and it offers a great look for weekend styling as well as an effortless look for vacations.
HOW TO GET THIS LOOK
1. On towel-dried hair, use your natural part or create a center parting.
2. Spray Densité at the root area, and apply Perfect Texture through the mid-lengths and ends.
3. Divide hair into 2” radial subsections, twist each hair section away from the face, and secure each section into a low bun with bobby pins.
4. Let your hair air dry or diffuse your hair with low air and high heat. Then take down and gently separate with fingers. For an extra boost of volume and texture, add some True Grip to the root area and shape hair gently.
SOFT WAVES
Soft wavy styles are another fave this year. Smooth, understated waves with a gentle, feminine touch are an excellent option for shoulder-length and beyond shoulder-length styles that need a touch of volume and wave for variety and interest.
HOW TO GET THIS LOOK
1.   On towel-dried hair apply Perfect Texture from roots to ends, then power dry using a blow dryer, keeping the stream of air pointing downward from the top of your head in order to keep your cuticle layer smooth.
2. Divide hair into sections. Then blow dry holding a round brush vertically to create gentle waves in your hair.
