Illustria Salon/Karla the owner provides me with excellent service, world class knowledge of her craft and products and an outstanding value for a downtown area hair salon! I found out about Illustria and Karla from two of my friends who have been coming to her for years. Both of their hair always looked fabulous and beautiful and honestly I was jealous. I wanted hair like them. So I asked them where they went and they both raved on and on about Karla’s eye for giving people the perfect color highlights and precision cutting. I decided to give her a try and have never turned back. Karla gave me her undivided attention and expertly analyzed my hair which honestly was over-processed, dry and brittle. She showed me how to take care of my dry and brittle hair and within months my hair is healthy and glossy. Additionally, she gave me the correct color highlights which complimented and brightened up my skin tone. And I haven’t had this fantastic of a haircut in years. Friends and family have noticed the change.

Wow!  I love my haircut and color.  Made the appointment with a master stylist and when I arrived, I met Karla.  She introduced herself as the owner of the salon.  Right then I knew I would be in good hands.  She changed my style and color.   Couldn’t have picked a better hair salon.  The salon has a unique decor and has some great products…I left with L’Oreal products and I must say my hair is in better condition now.  Looking forward to my next appointment in June.
